Why did you decide to go natural?

  1. I decided to go natural because relaxers damaged my hair. I could never retain length because my hair was constantly breaking and dry. So the only way to salvage my hair was to ditch the relaxer and grow out my natural hair. I've been transitioning for 5 months now and there's no turning back!

  4. I decided to go natural because my 10yo didn't want to get perms anymore. We're transitioning together so I can be an example for her at this tender age. I have a 6yo who's natural and a 7yo son that wants a mini fro.
